Spark Pack is a fulfillment and third-party logistics (3PL) partner built for chocolate, confectionery and specialty-food brands. Operating alongside Cocoa Pack manufacturing, we offer integrated services, including inventory storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.


Founded by the team behind Cocoa Pack, a chocolate manufacturer, we know what it takes to get chocolate to a customer intact: the right storage, the right packaging for the season, and care at every step. Our mission is simple: to move products faster, smarter, and more efficiently, so brands can focus on growth while we handle the complexity behind the scenes. Every order, carton and unit of inventory runs through our own AI platform, and your team can ask it about your orders and stock any time.


This integrated model allows brands to manufacture and fulfill products from the same location, reducing logistics complexity and freight costs while improving overall operational efficiency.


Need a manufacturer too? Our sister company, Cocoa Pack, makes chocolate for brands, and finished goods move straight into fulfillment with no extra freight. Already have a manufacturer you love? We fulfill for chocolate brands whoever makes their product, and your orders and customer data stay with Spark Pack.

Who's behind Spark Pack

Spark Pack is led by its two founders, the same team behind the chocolate maker Cocoa Pack.

Dario Barone

Founder & CEO

A chocolate maker and chocolatier with more than a decade of hands-on production, Dario also founded Cocoa Pack. He leads Spark Pack’s client relationships, from the first call through peak season.

Eric Vaughan

Founder & CTO

Eric holds a PhD in computer science and AI from the University of Sussex and was a senior engineer at Netscape. He built the AI platform Spark Pack runs on, which tracks every order and every unit of inventory.
